Founder & Co-Chair

Secretary Sarah Godlewski is a fifth generation Wisconsinite from Eau Claire.  She currently serves as Wisconsin’s 29th Secretary of State. Prior to becoming Secretary, Sarah was elected and served as the Wisconsin State Treasurer. In this position, she prioritized economic opportunities and building wealth by creating a program that supports first-time homebuyers and assists Wisconsinites facing foreclosure. As chair of the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands, Sarah leads a $1.4 billion trust fund that provides essential resources to Wisconsin public schools and invests in local communities. 

Prior to her public service, Sarah co-founded MaSa Partners, an impact investment firm that supports early-stage, mission-driven businesses. She also served as a founding member of WE Capital Fund, which empowers female entrepreneurs through financing opportunities.

Sarah loves spending time with her husband Max, son Hartley, their rescue dog Tanner, and rescue cats Mac and Cheddar. Sarah also enjoys cheering on Wisconsin sports teams and is a proud Packers shareholder.

Meghan Gaffney

Meghan is a technology founder, AI evangelist and advocate for women in all spaces— from the board room to the Oval Office. She was the founder of Veda Data Solutions (acquired), a Wisconsin-based health technology startup, recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing companies. Veda was named twice to the Inc. 5000 list, including the #1 ranking in Wisconsin in 2023.


Meghan was inducted into Ernst & Young LLP (EY) Entrepreneurial Winning Women North America and the Chaifetz Center for Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame at Saint Louis University in 2023. Meghan is a contributing author for Entrepreneur Leadership Network and MedCity Influencers.

Prior to founding Veda, Meghan founded MGB Development, a consulting firm in Washington, DC. She advised national non-profit organizations and elected officials on fundraising, budgeting, management and technology.
